Registering Players - Match Play

Players can be manually searched using the search bar. You can also import players from a Previous Event or a CSV File.

To import from a Previous Event, you can jump to step 4. 

To import from a CSV File, you can jump to step 7. 

1. To Manually add players into the event, select the search bar and begin typing either the Membership Number or the Last Name of the player

2. When using this search feature, the system will automatically search for members from your club. 

You may need use the following dropdown to allow a search on all clubs.

Note: Update this to "Filter By Club" at the top of the list to search all clubs. 

3. To import players from a Previous Event, select 'Import'

4. Using the dropdown, select the Event that you would like to import the players from

5. Once Players have loaded, you can select All Players or import specific players using the tick boxes next to the names. 

To select All Players, please select the tick box in the menu bar: 

6. Once players have been selected, select "Import Players" 

7. To import from a CSV File, choose this option in the pop up window 

8. Select the "Choose File" option to import a CSV File from your PC. 

Please ensure that File is in the correct format and has been saved as a CSV.

9. Once Players have loaded, you can select All Players or import specific players using the tick boxes next to the names. 

To select All Players, please select the tick box in the menu bar: 

10. Once players have been selected, select "Import Players"
