Adding a Tee Booking

If you need to add a player to the Tee Sheet manually, follow these steps.

1. From the P.O.G tab, select the day you want to add the player to, then find and select their desired Tee Time. Now press "Create Booking". Please note if the day you are booking the player in for is not your current date, when you select the time you will be taken straight to the Create Booking Page.

2. Now select the type of player you are booking in, you will have two options to select from.

Add Member - This is for any player with a NZ Club Membership Number

Add Non-Affiliate - This is any player without a NZ Club Membership Number

3a. If you are adding a member, you can search by either their Membership Number or Name. Please note if searching by name the format is "Last Name, First Name". Additionally members may have the same name as one another so ensure you have the correct member.

3b. If you are adding a non-affiliate, add in their relevant details where necessary.

4. Now select whether the player is playing 18 Holes or 9 Holes and if they booking a Cart. DotGolf will automatically assign the player the cheapest applicable Cart Fee. If you need to change this you can click in the dropdown and choose the necessary Cart Fee.

5. For both members and non-affiliate, DotGolf will automatically assign the player the cheapest applicable Green Fee. If you need to change this you can press "Show All" and choose the necessary Green Fee.

6. If you are adding multiple players too the same Tee Time, you can press "Add Player" on the left and follow the same process. When adding multiple players, if the players are members, their Golf NZ Friends will automatically show in a list to quick add for convenience.

7. Then once you are finished Creating the Tee Booking press Save Changes to add the player/s to the Tee Time.

8. You will now be able to see the player/s in the Tee Sheet.
