Creating and Managing Draw Sheets

These steps ensure that the draw sheet is created efficiently and accurately, helping to manage the competition smoothly. 

There is two ways to Create a Draw Sheet - we will run through both of these.

1. After setting up the required competition, select "Create Sheet" under the 'Draw' area in the competition. 

2. Under the "Timesheet Creation Method", select "Create New Draw"

3. Confirm by selecting "Create Draw" 

4. Enter in the following requirements: 

• Block Key: Any name that you would like to appear in the tee sheet. 
• First Tee Time
• Players Per Group: This is set to 4 players by default. However, you can change this to 2 or 3, if required.
• Start Tees 
• Tee Time Interval 
• Tee Times To Add: Choose form Manually Spcifify, This will allow you to put the number of payers or the number of tee times. 

5. Once these have been defined, you can select "Add Sheet". 

This will provide a preview of what the tee sheet will look like. 

6. If you are happy with how the draw looks, select "Save Changes" 

Select Tee Times from the already existing Tee Sheet 

Please note the Tee Sheet must be created and have correct eligibility available e.g men, home members and be compatible with the competitions start and end time.

Please make sure that there are no other players booked in to the tee sheet or these will be registered to the competition.

This option also does not allow you to put both Men's and Women's Draw sheet together like with option A.

1. After setting up the required competition, select "Create Sheet" under the 'Draw' area in the competition. 

2. Select "Select Tee Times from the Existing Tee Sheet for ..." 

3. Choose the Tee Times that you would like to use for the Draw Sheet 

4. Select "Create Draw"
