Tee Booking Settings

The Tee Booking settings allow the club to change preferences for the tee sheet. 

The settings available are:

• Enable Add Waitlist button for members 
• Override Release Day/Time for kiosk
  • This allows you to specify a different release day or different release times for you DotGolf kiosk than those specified for members booking online. 
  • If this is left unchecked, the kiosk will use the same release day and times as the online tee booking system. 

• Release Day:
  
  • This allows the club to set the Tee Sheet release day in advanced 
• Release Time
  • This can either be a specific time or relevant to the First Tee Time

• Allow Members to book visitors via the kiosk
  
• Send daily booking first-timers email to club
  • DotGolf can send you a daily email containing members that have booked to play at your course(s) for the first time. If this option is checked, the email will be sent every morning at 6am. When unchecked, no email will be sent.
• Enforce strict multi-payment rules: 
  • Note: This option is only available to clubs with the Tee Booking Payments system.
  • DotGolf Tee Booking allows each player on a paid tee booking to pay for themselves online. Normally, payment for additional players (apart from the person making the booking) is optional, however this can be changed.
• Guest discounts only available to full playing members:
  • Note: This option is only available to clubs with the Tee Booking Payments system.
  • This option allows you to restrict "Affiliate Members Guest" green fees to your Full Playing members only.

• Junior Age
  

Fair Play Policy

• Max active guest per member booking
• Max active future bookings at anytime
  • Sets how many future bookings a member is allowed at the club.
• Max bookings allowed by a member per day/week.
