Register a Member with a Pending Handicap

For a player to have a handicap index, 3 18H scores should be recorded but some players want to join a competition and they cannot be entered into a competition without a handicap index. 

In doing this, you will need to enter the score against the member's number hole by hole so as to be counted or eligible for handicapping.

1. In the Competition, select "Player Registration" under the Players area. 

2. Select "Enter Visitor Details"

3. Enter the require details for the visitor: 

• Member No - This is optional
  
• First Name 
• Last Name 
• Gender 
• Handicap Index: If the player has "+" handicap index (i.e. +1.4), this can be entered by replacing "+" by "-" and the system will convert this automatically

You can also enter any further contact details for this visitor by selecting "Contact Details"

• Email 
• Phone
• Country
• Region
• Date of Birth 
• Post Code

4. Save Visitor
