Competition CSV File Format

Player Pre-Registration supports importing both affiliated and non-affiliated players from a CSV file. 

A CSV file can be created with any spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel, but care must be taken to adhere to a specific format.

Header: 

• This is ignored during the import process and can be left blank. 

Columns: 

• Membership Number
  • Membership Number has to be 7 digits long
  • Only NZ Membership Numbers can be imported 

For Non-Affiliates: 

• Full Player Name
• Gender: If this column is left empty, the system will assume the gender is male
• Handicap: This can be left empty if the player does not have a handicap. 
• Country
• Team Name: If a team name is entered, the system will automatically group players by matching the team name.
