1. Update the search filter by selecting the categories that you will be updating.
2. Select "Next"
3. The next page will display the following details based off the members in the specific categories outlined in the step above.
- Membership Number
- Members Name
- Current Category
- New Category at Renewal
4. Use the drop down that is available for each member under the "New Category at Renewal" to update the new member category.
5. Using the tick boxes next to the members details, select these to individual change membership categories.
You can also select "Process All" if all members are being updated.
6. Once you are happy with the changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and update the Review Date, if required.
Select "Confirm and Proceed"
7. Select "Process"
8. The system will then update the membership categories.
Please note: This can take a couple of minutes to process depending on how many members are being updated.
