To bulk email out member statements, this can be done in the Bulk Email Statements area of Subscriptions.
1. Select who you would like to email statements for:
- All Members
- Members with a Non-Zero Balance
- Members Owing Money
- Members in Credit
2. Enter in the Balance Calculated Date
3. Untick any additional filters that you do not require:
- Include Payments and Credits since Balance Date
- Include Resigned Members
- Include Relevant Invoices in Email: This will also send a copy of the member invoice at the same time as sending the statement
4. Select 'Preview'
5. All Members based of the search filters will appear in the preview table.
To email to all members, select the tick box at the very top of the table in the left hand side.
To email certain members, select the tick box on the left hand side, next to the Membership Number.
6. Once you are happy with the selection, select Email.
