Updating a Clubhouse User Password

If the user you are trying to log in too has no email address associated to it, you will need to log in as a Super Admin and add the applicable email to that user to reset the password.

Update a password from the Login Page

1. Select 'Forgot Password?"

2. Enter the email or username into the following field

3. Select 'Submit'

4. A 6 digits code will then be sent to the email address and further instructions on updating the password will be outlined.

Update a password via Clubhouse

1. Login to the user that you would like to update the password for

2. Select the username in the top right corner

3. Select "Account Settings"

4. Enter in the Old and New Password into the required fields

5. Select "Save Changes"
