Score Entry for Overseas Scores

Note: Overseas Scorecards can only be entered in at the Members Home Club.


1. Go to the Scores Tab in Clubhouse 



2. In the top right hand corner, change the mode to Adjusted Gross. 


3. Enter in the players Membership Number or Last name. 

Change the play date, if required. 



4. Under the Course/Marker, click on the search bar to change the course. 



5.  Click the Marker drop down again in order to search the overseas course.


6. Start typing the country or the club name that the card was played at. 

Once the list loads, select the club that the card was played at. 


8. Select the course and the marker that the member played off. 


9. Enter in the Adjusted Gross and select 'Save'. 




If the International Marker has not been added: 


1. After following steps 1 - 7 above and selecting the club that the member played at, select 'Add Marker'. 



2. You will then need to enter in the following: 

  • Marker Name eg. Blue Men. 
  • 9 or 18 Holes
  • Course Rating
  • Slope
  • Par 


3. Select "Ok" to save the marker. 



4. Enter in the Adjusted Gross and select "Save".



If the International Couse has not been added: 


1. After following steps 1 - 6 above, select "Add International Course" at the bottom of the Course search drop down. 


2. You will need to enter the following details:

  • Country 
  • Course Name
  • Marker Name 
  • 9 or 18 Hole 
  • Course Rating
  • Slope 
  • Par 


3. Select "Ok" to save the International Course 


4. Enter in the Adjusted Gross and select "Save".



Please note if the system states the marker already exists but you are not able to locate it you would be best to Contact DotGolf for assistance.
