This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to enter a score for a member in DotGolf Clubhouse. It covers both the options of entering an adjusted gross score or hole-by-hole scores.
Following this guide will ensure accurate recording of scores for members, making it a valuable resource for golf club administrators or anyone responsible for entering scores on the website.
1. The Scores tab allows you to enter scorecards for Members of your club and/or Members who have played at your club.
2. Scores can be returned through the following modes:
- Scorecard Number
- Hole by Hole
- Adjusted Gross
3. After selecting the Mode, you can proceed with entering the scorecard in for the player.
Either enter the Card No or Membership Number based off the mode selected.
4. Use the drop down that states the Home Club to adjust the marker selection.
If the member played at a different club, you can search this and select the marker.
5. Enter the score for each hole.
