Register a Visitor for a Competition

Register a Visitor into a Competition

Visitors or players who have an overseas membership can enter into a competition provided they are pre-registered into the comp and a handicap index is set against their entry.

Note: The Competition does have to be open to Non-Affiliated Players in order to register them. 

1. In the Competition, select "Player Registration" under the Players area. 

2. Select "Enter Visitor Details"

3. Enter the require details for the visitor: 

• Member No - This is optional
  
• First Name 
• Last Name 
• Gender 
• Handicap Index: If the player has "+" handicap index (i.e. +1.4), this can be entered by replacing "+" by "-" and the system will convert this automatically

You can also enter any further contact details for this visitor by selecting "Contact Details"

• Email 
• Phone
• Country
• Region
• Date of Birth 
• Post Code

4. Save Visitor
