Setting Up Prize Templates

1. Select "New Template"



2. Enter the following details to begin creating this template: 

  • Template Name: For example, Ladies Haggle
  • Club Allocation
    • Fixed
    • Percent
  • Prize Rounding Amount
  • Minimum Prize Value Amount



3. You can then begin creating the Prizes by using the drop down next to Prize Type. 

Select one of the following options:

  • Competition PlacingsThis is used for the overall result of the competition. This cannot be combined with Advanced prize type. It can either be percentage of the prize pool or fixed
  • Hole Prizes: This is for the twos, hidden holes or the like competition types. The system will automatically allocate the prizes to the player who has score. This can also combine with any other prize types.
  • Special Prizes: This can be added together with any other Prize types and you can select the winner manually who will get the special prize
  • Advanced: This is more detailed prize type wherein you can set up a winner in each division, gender, each rounds for Gross, Stableford, Net Medal and Par competition types. This can't be combined with competition placings.


4. You can then enter the following details required for the Prize Type

  • Prize Weighing: 
    • Equal Prize Allocation Per Division 
    • Prize Allocation weighted by the number of players per division

  • Prize Pool Allocation: 
    • Percentage of the Prize Pool
    • Balance of the remaining Prize Pool
    • Not park of the Prize Pool
    • Fixed


5. Select whether or not you will Allow Ties or you will use Countback



6. Select Save Changes
