Competition Placing - Prize Templates

Competition Placings: This is used for the overall result of the competition. This cannot be combined with Advanced prize type. It can either be percentage of the prize pool or fixed.

1. Select 'Competition Placings' as the Prize Type. 

2. Once you have selected the Prize Type, select "Add Prize Type"

3. You can then enter the following details required for the Prize Type

• Prize Weighing: 
  • Equal Prize Allocation Per Division 
  • Prize Allocation weighted by the number of players per division

• Prize Pool Allocation: 
  • Percentage of the Prize Pool
  • Balance of the remaining Prize Pool
  • Not park of the Prize Pool
  • Fixed

4. Select whether or not you will Allow Ties or you will use Countback

5. You can then begin adding the prize type positions using the "Add Position" option. 

6. If you have selected "Percentage of the Prize Pool" for the pool allocation, the system will automatically compute the percentage per position. 

This depends on how many positions you would want to have. 

The system will also round off to the Rounding Prize Value that was previous defined. 

7. If you have selected "Fixed" for the prize pool allocation, the dollar ($) value should be defined. 

You can either manually put in a fixed value or a percentage. 

The system will automatically compute the prize. 

You also have the option to enter a 'custom' prize if this is not a dollar ($) amount.

8. Select Save Changes
