If a new member has provided a previous membership number, please enter this into the "Previous Membership" field as you are adding the new member into Clubhouse.
If the member has not provided a previous membership number, you system may generate some potential duplicates after submitting the new membership.
From here, if the Duplicate Membership details match the new member, you can choose to Merge.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with the new member to confirm they want their memberships merged.
By preforming a merge, the members Handicap and Previous Scoring history will be added to their membership.
If you do not want to merge these memberships, you can select "Create New Member".
