Score Card Settings

These settings allow DotGolf to set the Destination Printer and the required Scorecard Format.

DotGolf does not recommend that the club play around with the Printer Preferences as these are usually set up by DotGolf.

Scorecard Settings

Include the opposite gender stroke on the score card: This option adds stroke information for the opposite gender's tees to your scorecard.

Include matchplay strokes on the score card: When enabled, this displays matchplay stroke allowances on your scorecard.

Include green fee amount on the score card: This adds the cost of your round (green fees) directly onto the scorecard.

Show hole-by-hole pin positions on score card (scanning scorecard only): This feature displays the specific pin placement for each hole on your scorecard.

Allow home members to create a digital scorecard from their device: Will allow home members the option to create a digital scorecard on their Golf NZ App.

Scorecard Messages

A Message of the Day or an Advertising Message can be entered into the Text Box, this will print on all physical scorecards.

Members will also be able to view this on their Digital Scorecards as well.

Once you have added a Message of the Day or an Advertising Message, select "Save Changes"

Pin Position Settings

Note: Pin Positions can only be set up for Scanning Scorecard.

This is an area where a club can display which Pin Position they are using on the green for the day.

Once these have been set up, they will display on a Physical Scorecard.
