Maintain Line Items

Line items are items that appear on your members' subscription invoices. These typically include at least Base Subscriptions and association levy lines. This form allows you to change settings for all the line items in use at your club.


These fields are available:

  • Item Name: Shows the item name as defined internally by the system. 
  • Custom Name: You can enter a custom item name which will override the internal name for printing on invoices. 
  • Code: Typically only used on reports, this is a short code that corresponds to this item. 
  • Tax: Specifies whether amounts pertaining to this line item are inclusive or exclusive of tax. 
  • Once-off: If set, this line item will not be added to a member's account when renewed. To add this item to an account the item will need to be manually added or added to the renewal items list under the member's account.
  • Default Amount: When manually adding items to members' subscriptions, the system will automatically populate item amounts with the default amount specified here. To have no default, leave this blank.
  • Account Code: When using accounting system integration, you will need to specify the account code so that DotGolf Live will correctly assign the transactions to your ledger accounts.
