Item included in the renewals but it's not part of the Category's items

Scenario:

Finance Fee item is being added to the renewals, but when you look into the category's defined items, Finance Fee is not part of it.

Solution:

1. View one Member's details > Membership tab

2. Look into the old items, and you'll see a Finance Fee item there. This item is set up to be not a once-off item. You'll need to set it as a once-off item so it'll be excluded from the items for renewal.

• Go to Settings > Subscription Line Items
• Look for "Finance Fee"
• Tick Once-off
• Save changes
