How to Manually Create Invoice

Please note: when DotGolf is intregated with Xero, only create invoices in DotGolf. 

Do not create invoices in Xero. 


1. Search for the member you would like to invoice and click on the Membership tab



2. Scroll down to the "Items" and add the line item/s you want to invoice (if this is a new member, you could "Load sub items from Category")



3. Once items are added, you could modify the start and end dates (cyclical). For Periodic, you could modify the start date and the end date would be the end of the sub year.


You could also modify the amounts and add descriptions, but please note that descriptions are displayed in the invoice



4. Click the Save Changes at the bottom then go to the "Subscriptions" tab and create invoice



5. From there, you could change the Frequency, Invoice Date and Invoice Due Date




6.  If the Frequency is not Single Payment (eg. monthly), define the first installments and the last installments. Usually these are the dates within the 1 year period and if the preview of the installment schedule will show on the right hand side.


Please note that the installment schedules can be modified anytime.



7. Once the details are all fine, click on Save Changes

8. You will then notice on the upper left hand that you will have the following links
