Adding links to a Club Website

1. Login to the Club Website through DotGolf or through the Member Portal on the Club Website. 

For more details on how to achieve this, please refer to the following article: 


2. Navigate to the page that you would like to make changes to. 

In this case, it is Play and Stay


3. Select "Edit Page from the Site Administration box in the top right corner


4. Select "Change this Content Area". 

Note: This may not be at the very top of the page that you are wanting to edit. 

If there is more than one control on the page, you may have to scroll down to find the one required to update the content. 


5. Type in the text that you would like to link the PDF or Website Link to


6. Highlight all of the text


7. Select the Hyperlink Icon from the Content Menu Bar



8. Select "Browse Server" to upload the new file


9. Go to the folder or create a new folder where you would like to save the file to


10. Click "Choose File" and locate it from your PC


11. Select "Upload"


12. Once uploaded, you will find it in the Club Website File Manager, select the 'insert' icon to add this to the club website



13. Open the "Target" tab if you wish to set the file to open in a New Tab (once it has been clicked)

  • Using the dropdown next to "Target" select, New Window (_blank)


14. Select 'Ok'


15. Once you are happy with the changes that have been made, select 'Save' 


16. Select "Done Editing" in the Site Administration box in the top right corner.
