Update Fiji Members Home Club

Below is a step by step guide on how Fiji Golf Clubs can update the Home Club for their members.

In the previous system, all members were set up under one club. All Fiji Members have been imported into NGAF in Clubhouse and will need to be updated to reflect the correct Home Club.

1. Login to Clubhouse Live as your club. For example: Fiji Golf Club

2. Go to the Members Tab

3. Select "New Member..."

4. Under the "Previous Membership" enter the Members Last name

5. Select the Member from the drop down results.

Note: You can confirm that you are selecting the correct member based off the Golf ID

6. For Fiji Golf Club Members, please enter in the following details:

Email Address: fijigolfclub@connect.com.fj
Date of Birth: DOB 1/1/1961
Club Category: UDEF - Undefined

7. Select "Request home club change to Fiji"

8. Select Submit

9. The member will now be added into the required club

10. The Change of Home Club request will need to be approved by NGAF.

To action this, please login to Clubhouse Live as NGAF

11. Under Clubhouse, go to the Home tab

12. Select "View All" under the Inbox

13. Select 'View' on the request

14. Select "Allow"

15. This will update the Home Club for the Membership.
